GBART Reactive Washing-Free Printing and Dyeing All-in-One Machine

GBART Reactive Washing-Free Printing and Dyeing All-in-One Machine, the world’s first of its kind in the industry, is a groundbreaking product with epoch-making significance. Developed since 2014 with the support of the National Technology Center and the National Postdoctoral Workstation, it offers significant advantages, including zero wastewater discharge, a compact footprint, and high production speed.

By integrating environmentally friendly materials with fabrics and reactive inks, the dye bonds precisely with the fabric fibers, achieving a dyeing rate of over 99%. This process eliminates the need for washing, saves more than 99% of water, and ensures zero wastewater discharge.

This technology has been successfully applied to fabrics such as cotton, silk, wool, linen, regenerated cellulose fibers, and polyester. The products have obtained REACH, GOTS, and OEKO-TEX certifications.

The technology enables fast delivery of small-batch orders, helps address the problem of excess inventory, and supports textile companies in developing a new “sell before producing” business model.

Looking ahead, the company aims to collaborate with brand owners, designers, garment manufacturers, weaving mills, and printing and dyeing factories to jointly build, co-create, and share a “Future Factory” for mutual benefit.
