Wujiang Hanta Textile Finishing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is an enterprise preparing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO). Leveraging key success factors such as technology, innovation, and resource sharing with leading customers, the Company is progressing from functional integration toward scalable growth. It is actively consolidating resources within the textile finishing industry and is committed to becoming a “hidden champion” in the sector.
The Company is a Jiangsu Province-certified high-tech enterprise specializing in the design, research and development, and production of new materials and high-end functional fabrics for outdoor applications. It operates 46 sets of world-class imported equipment from Germany, Japan, Italy, South Korea, Taiwan, and other regions.
The Company is an industry-standard setter for polyester filament coated fabrics, a pilot enterprise for the integration of industrialization and information technology in Suzhou, and has been recognized by the China National Textile and Apparel Council as a “Premium Production Base for Functional Finished Fabrics in China.”
Guided by the business philosophy of “Responsibility to Society, Responsibility to Customers, and Responsibility to Employees,” the Company has obtained ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification and OEKO-TEX certification. It was also among the first companies in the textile finishing industry to implement a management system based on standardization, digitalization, and process optimization. The Company has established distinctive first-mover advantages in ISO 9001 quality management, Internet-enabled intelligent manufacturing, and standardized corporate management.
The Company currently employs approximately 240 people. Its core R&D team consists of 20 professionals, most of whom hold bachelor’s degrees or above. The team includes one PhD holder, one senior-level professional title holder, and three master’s degree holders, with an average age of 35.
The core management team consists of 12 members, all with bachelor’s degrees or above, including one master’s degree holder and five engineers, with an average age of 38.
The Company has also established its own R&D Center and Testing Center and places strong emphasis on product research and development. It has assembled an R&D team comprising more than 20 technical experts, including professors from renowned universities in China and abroad as well as senior technical consultants from Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. This provides the Company with strong technological and R&D capabilities.
The Company has established industry–university–research partnerships with institutions including Shandong Qilu University, Donghua University, Qingdao University, and Xi’an Polytechnic University, and is currently actively applying to establish a postdoctoral research station.
Since its establishment, the Company has obtained more than 20 patents. Its independently developed products have repeatedly received awards including Technology Innovation Awards, Excellence Awards, and Gold Awards for Outstanding Premium Products in categories such as China Popular Fabrics, China Eco-Friendly Fabrics, and China Chemical Fiber Filament Fabrics.
