Dr. Chanchai Sirikasemlert is a distinguished leader in Thailand’s textile industry, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Thailand Textile Institute. With over two decades of experience in textile science, technology promotion, and industry development, he has significantly contributed to the modernization and global competitiveness of Thai textiles.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Textile Management from the University of New South Wales and a Ph.D. in Textile Science from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His academic journey laid the foundation for a career that bridges research, education, and industrial innovation.
Dr. Sirikasemlert has held key positions including:
