Wayne Kwok currently serves as a General Committee Member of the Textile Council of Hong Kong and as Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Knitwear Exporters & Manufacturers Association, where he contributes to strengthening Hong Kong’s role in the global textile and apparel industry.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, Wayne is also the Founder and Principal of Fiborge Company Limited, a firm specializing in textile raw materials, innovation, and sustainability. In his business capacity, Wayne represents several international partners in China and Hong Kong, focusing particularly on premium wool yarns and recycled materials. These include the wool division of Indorama Holdings Limited in Thailand (part of Indorama Ventures), known for its traceable, sustainability‑certified worsted wool yarns; Schoeller GmbH & CoKG of Austria, a pioneer in functional wool and blended yarns; and Geetanjali Woolens Pvt. Ltd of India, a leader in textile‑to‑textile recycling. Through these partnerships, Wayne bridges global sustainable solutions with regional manufacturing networks.
In addition, Wayne is the co‑founder of AlgaFila, a Hong Kong‑based start‑up developing new biodegradable and high‑performance textile fibers, highlighting his commitment to driving innovation and local entrepreneurship in sustainable materials.
