Mr. Justin Huang holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Taiwan’s Tatung University in 1981. He joined the Taiwan Textile Federation (TTF) in 1996 and has served as its President since November 2005. Additionally, Mr. Huang oversees TTF’s trade missions, the Pan Textiles Tokyo and Osaka Exhibitions, and global marketing initiatives for Taiwanese textiles.
An active global industry representative, Mr. Huang represents Taiwan across major international bodies, including the International Textile Manufacturers Federation (ITMF), United States Fashion Industry Association (USFIA), European Apparel and Textile Confederation (EURATEX), and World Federation of the Sporting Goods Industry (WFSGI). He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the International Apparel Federation (IAF).
